Women criticise themselves three times more often than men. Because they constantly underestimate their abilities, they block themselves from the best opportunities. But the key to success lies not only competence but most of all in confidence.
On International Women’s Day Batiste emboldened women to back themselves more and doubt themselves less. And to each voiced “I can’t” answered with a powerful “Yes You Can”. Therefore we used a platform where women utter these self-doubts: Twitter. We developed our own semantic algorithm to identify these negative tweets and then answered with an individual statement. Each message encourages not only the sender, but also those who read along and share these feelings.
